Red Velvet Cookies

These easy red velvet cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with sweet white chocolate chips—perfect for any occasion.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil with a spoon. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop by heaping spoonfuls on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until they are set.
Cool for 3 minutes on the pan and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Use a cookie scoop to get evenly-sized cookies.
Keep cookies fresh in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
